The four-input accumulator is in DONE with acc=24 and output-valid=1. Output-ready is zero at the next rising edge, and a new request is presented. Our simple FSM does not accept new requests in DONE.
What is the correct state after this edge?
Valid without ready is not a transfer. Hold DONE, acc=24, and valid=1, and do not accept the new request. Simultaneous acceptance would require a different admission rule and sufficient storage.
