This notice supplements the Altifigence Privacy Notice and describes information used by Academy learning features.
Profile & learning records
The selected authenticated profile identifier is linked to an Academy profile. Academy stores your display name, bio, learning goal, language, optional avatar and learning preferences, together with enrollments, completion records and the last visited lesson, so you can continue learning. Academy profiles do not store passwords.
Storage, protection & use
Profile and learning records are separated by learner, and access is checked against the signed-in profile. Cloudflare provides infrastructure for the website and learning data. Refer to the Altifigence Privacy Notice for shared processing such as security/access records, retention and deletion criteria, service providers and your rights.
Managing your records
Update profile details and learning preferences, and export your learning records, in account settings. You can reverse completion marks in a course outline. Send account or personal-data deletion requests to the contact address below.
